Purchase process straightforward and car delivered to branch of my choice. Car handed over with slight imperfection requiring repair which should have been noted before handover.

The salesman Jonathan Chiverton was EXCELLENT in his support, guidance, honest advice and we trusted him fully throughout the whole process. However, the 'Countryman' label is SQUINT - a full 1cm off alignment - which is so disappointing & shoddy!!

Arnold Clark kept us informed throughout the process , warned us that the two front tyres were needing to be replaced ( which we Knew ) . They replaced the tyres the following day without fuss . All in all excellent service . Thank you .

Inhad to return to the centre after collecting the car. The service alarm had not been reset and the windscreen washer pipe was disconnected.

The whole process from choosing the car to collection was done with the utmost professionalism and customer centred. This is our second Mini from Arnold Clark and we have had Rachel dealing with us and she has been brilliant.
