Rachel Wright and her team at Hillington were wonderful. They are superb ambassadors for Mini. I had issues with the fob which caused me great distress (due to health matters ) and their professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated

Rachel in the branch was fantastic. There was no sales patter/pressure just facts and figures. There is nothing worse than a pushy sales person, because she was respectful in that manner she bagged a sale.

From when the car was ordered and then delayed, we were kept well informed about the status of the car. In the showroom Stephen, who was dealing with us was very professional and made us feel very welcome.
