Very pleased with the purchase process. One point that I particularly liked was when viewing the cars in the sales centre we were given peace to look round. It can be very off putting when salespeople keep asking if you need any help.

Fantastic service from both Lauren and Rachael from start to finish Rachael supported me in purchasing the mini until to when I was sitting in the car to drive off. She was very helpful, kept me informed throughout the whole process. Fantastic

There appeared to be a minor hiccup with the deposit and despite this being paid as per the instructions provided, it took over 24 hours for the garage to receive notification of this and this resulted in uncertainty if I could collect the car or not

The service manager was able to ensure my vehicle was taken despite a minor clerical error when rebooking the appointment. The situation was handled professionally and quickly - additionally, the car was serviced efficiently, and returned tidy.

The car service was fine, but we required a new tyre and the trye was incorrectly fitted leading to not being able to use my car for two days. The dealer were not very helpful but BMW recovery service was excellent.
